What the charity exists to do

The Trust was set up to give grants as (quoting from the original bequest) “..... for the General Purposes of the said Order, including ministry in any part of the world in the Message, Teachings and Works of the Order’. The Order referred to is, The Order of the Cross UK whose address is, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX and it is a charity registered in England, No. 247761. The Trust gives grants for the furtherance of the work of the Order either in Scotland or further afield. The Groups in Scotland, via an appointed Leader, put forward requests to the Trust for funds. These are considered and approved at an AGM.
