02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Old Rayne Preschool is currently run by four trustees alongside a staff of six nursery nurses, including a manager and lead practitioner. The aim of the charity is to provide a preschool education to local children in the community

Constitutional objectives
The aim of the group is to advance the education and social development of preschool children with the emphasis on the play experience, so that they take a constructive place in the community and also to advance the education of their parents and other appropriate persons. In furtherance of the above aims the group shall seek: a. To provide safe and satisfying group play and learning b. To encourage other charitable activities through which the parents may support the development of children.
