Constitutional objectives

To provide in the interests of social welfare a good environment for children from birth to school age by affording mother sof such children a means to alleviate stress by mutual support where such support is not readily available from within the Community and by providing suitable play facilities in which mothers can particpate as will helpl the children's phuysical and intellectual development and strengthen the relationship between mother and child.
