What the charity exists to do

Charity set up to provide financial assistance to retired ministers and other church officials in order to purchase a retirement home or assist with loans or grants towards maintenance costs and other expenses after retirement.

Constitutional objectives

(a) to provide, or assist in or twoards, the provision of suitable residential accomodation for retired mnisters, missionaries or deaconesses of the Church of Scotland in North Ayrshire or elsewhere and their widows or other dependants as the case may be in the circumstances hereinbefore referred to. (b) for such purposes to apply the Trust Fund both capital and income in or wards the erection, urchase or taking on lease of such residential accomodation as the Trustees may deem suitable. and/or in the repair, adaptation, modernisation or improvement and/or, ain any case where thought essential or desireable, in or towards the provision of furniture or domestic equipment for the same in so far if at all as the Trustees may deem it necessary so to do or as the funds then available to them may permit.
