What the charity exists to do
The charity provides the provincial (national) structures to support the mission of the Church and carries out a range of activities through its Standing Committee and the boards of General Synod. These include supporting the dioceses, local congregations and the College of Bishops. promoting the mission of the Church across Scotland and abroad. training those entering ordained ministry. offering opportunities for young people to develop their Christian faith. providing support and guidance in relation to safeguarding. and promoting ecumenical and interfaith relations.
