02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our charity is set up to allow and encourage individuals and groups with additional needs to explore the great outdoors at our site in the middle of Glenmore Forest at an affordable cost. We have eight large lodges and twenty two camping pods which we offer at discounted prices to deserving groups and individuals.

Constitutional objectives
(a) To promote accommodation or camping space for organised groups of people who have a arange of additional support needs and to provide assistance, and act as local liason to such groups. (b) To promote accommodation or camping space for families who have an adult/child with additional support needs and to act as local liason to such families. (c) To encourage and support people with a range of additional needs to attend camps, holidays, outings, expeditions and activities to enable them to enjoy the Strathspey countryside. (d) To encourage and promote the use of facilities, services and training by: a.people with additional support needs b. families/carers c. group leaders/teachers (e) To engage with collaborating organisations to achieve the above aims. (f) Through all of the above activities to help to engender a love, care, knowledge and respect for Cairngorm National Park’s outdoor environment.
