02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Sacro is a Scottish community justice organisation which works to deliver life-changing services that empower people, give hope and protection, and help to build safe communities. We provide a wide range of direct, innovative services in community justice and community safety and public protection. All our services are designed to help build safe communities by reducing conflict and offending. We work with a broad range of people including both those harmed by crime and those responsible for that harm. We work with local authorities, the Scottish Government and other 3rd sector funders to help provide services and programmes which address the needs of the community to help support community justice.
