Constitutional objectives

(a)To teach, study, promote and put into practice the principles of Unitarianism, which include: (i)The use of reason and experience in thinking about all forms of religion and spirituality. (ii)The freedom and encouragement of the individual to develop his or her own religious ideas (iii)Recognition and respect for the diversity of the views and beliefs of other people, and acknowledgement of the good in these (b)To foster a community of mutual support and care. (c)To provide the opportunity for public worship (d)To provide a service to members and to the public in the marking significant life events, e.g. birth, marriage and death. (e)To take part in national and international Unitarian activities (f) To promote peace, religious harmony and care of the environment (g) To support other charities with similar aims.
