Constitutional objectives

Payment of the expenses of every kind in connection with the execution of the trust hereby created and that, subject thereto and the declarations hereinafter set forth, the Trustees shall from time to time hold pay or apply or allocate the whole free income or annual produce of the trust estate and may at any time from time to time pay or apply the whole or any portion or portions of the capital of the trust estate to or towards for the benefit in furtherance of such charitable purposes or such charitable institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts in such manner and in such amounts and proportions and upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion determine and decide declaring that without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing trust purposes the Trustees shall in their selection of particular charitable purposes, institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts take into consideration and pay special regard to (a) the furtherance of and advancement of religion, education, training, instruction and culture, (b) the promotion of spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and physical well-being and (c) the relief or prevention of poverty, misery, neglect, suffering, disease, sickness, infirmary, age, distress, physical and mental handicap and/or need, all of and among any objects of the trust, all whether in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or elsewhere that the Trustees may in pursuance of but subject to the primary trust purposes or any one or more of them provide or make payment of scholarships, bursaries, prizes, allowances, fees, costs and expenses of and for religious, educational, training, instructional, cultural, medical, surgical, nursing, curative, research, recreative, welfare, board, maintenance and other facilities, services requisites, appliances, equipment, accommodation and materials, and food, fuel and other necessaries and grants of all kinds.
