02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Livingston Youth Trust was established to provide financial support for young people in the Livingston area and since the 1980’s it has moved away from the emphasis on proven skills and utilises the funds available to assist youngsters, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to participate in the arts and sporting fields. The trust has helped many hundreds of young people on an individual basis and through local groups and community organisations.
