What the charity exists to do
The Jubilee Hall serves as a village hall for the residents of Portlethen and surrounding areas. The purpose of the charity is to provide facilities for education, recreation, social welfare and communication for residents.

Constitutional objectives
The said subjects and the Hall erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust Subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by the Trustees and their successors and assignees as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Portlethen and of the lands in and around Portlethen, without distinction of political, religious or .other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
