What the charity exists to do
We oversee the management committee for the Uyeasound Hall. The committee is in place to ensure the hall is kept up to a good standard for use by the whole community.

Constitutional objectives
The said subjects and the building erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as ‘Trust Subject) are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Uyeasound and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures, and classes, and for other forms of recreating and lesuire time occupation, with the object of improving life for the said inhabitants.
