02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We operate a slot car racing track in our premises in Canmore Street, Dunfermline. This is the only such facility available to the inhabitants of the Dunfermline area. We organise racing for local people every week, plus occasional race meetings to which we invite slot car racers from elsewhere in the UK.

Constitutional objectives
The aim of the Association shall be to provide, in the interests of social welfare, facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the inhabitants of the Dunfermline area so that their condition of life may be improved. For this purpose, the Association will endeavour: (a) to raise and administer funds for the furtherance of the aims of the Association. (b) to assist those persons who have need of such facilities as aforesaid by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances. (c) to encourage participation of the public at large. (d) to take action to further the aims of the Association.
