The charity's objects are to award grants to such charitable purposes as the Trustees may determine at their sole discretion. The awards given to eligible institutions are intended to help these institutions provide tangible benefits to such beneficiary groups as the Trustees may deem appropriate.

Constitutional objectives

I DIRECT the Trustees to distribute the Trust Fund at such time or times and in such amounts as they may determine in their sole discretion for such charitable purposes only, with power to the Trustees in their discretion to accumulate the Trust income in whole or in part for a period of twenty one years from the date hereof. and it Is hereby specifically declared and provided that the Trustees shall be prohibited from exercising their powers (a) other than for charitable purposes, or (b) in such manner as to benefit directly or indirectly me or any person who has contributed to the Trust Fund, or any spouse of mine or any such person.
