To provide 24-hour residential care to those who require it, in comfortable surroundings, provided by a highly skilled and dedicated workforce.

Constitutional objectives
The purposes of David Cargill House shall be to work to relieve those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. We will achieve that by providing high quality support and accommodation for these vulnerable people, delivered with understanding and sensitivity. This will be offered in a safe, welcoming, nurturing environment where residents are able to live at their own pace to maximise their potential emotionally, physically, intellectually, socially, and spiritually
