What the charity exists to do
The charity was established to provide a way for the trustees to give grants and financial support to a range of local and relevant charitable causes, recognising the individuals who donate to the charity want to support and improve their local communities.

Constitutional objectives
The objects for which the Company is established are:- (1) The advancement of education, and without prejudice to that generality, the advancement of legal education. (2)The relief of poverty. (3) The advancement of religion (4) The advancement of the arts and like purposes of public benefit in the United Kingdon and overseas. (5) The promotion of public lectures, conferences and seminars. (6) The promotion of legal writing and publication including publications on behalf of the Company. (7) The provision of scholarships and grants. (8) The sponsorship of public exhibitions, recitals and performances. (9) The establishment of trusts to facilitate the Company's objects. (10) The making of donations pursuant to the Company's objects.
