02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The charity is set up to support the community of Middlefield, providing Under 5s and Nursery Care, Under 11's after school clubs and Playschemes, Youth Hub for 12-24 year old young people as a drop in and support, adult learning and education classes, a community cafe, support to volunteers, and food from Fareshare for local families.

Constitutional objectives

The aims of the Project shall be promote the benefit of the Middlefield Community and its environs by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and provide facilities in the interests of Social Welfare for recreation and leisure-time activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
