Order of Malta Dial-A-Journey Trust promotes, organises, provides and manages specialised transport services for individuals in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, whose use of public transport is impractical.

Constitutional objectives

1 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by:- (i) The promotion, organisation, provision and management, whether as principal or otherwise, of specialised transport services for the benefit of individuals whose use of public transport is impractical, and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the provision of a taxi and vehicle hire service, whether such service be subsidised or otherwise, for the benefit of such individuals, and (ii) the supply of mobility aids to them in town centres, shopping mal/s, hospitals and at other appropriate locations and 2 The advancement of education by the provision of training in relation to the use of specialised transport services and mobility aids referred to in paragraph 1 above.
