(b) To promote the prevention of drug abuse and the prevention of the use of drugs throughout Scotland and elsewhere by the provision of services specifically intended to promote drugs awareness, education and prevention and (c) To advance the education of the general public and, particularly, young people in the dangers arising from the habitual and other use of drugs and in matters relative to the prevention of the use of drugs.
