What the charity exists to do

The Centre maintains a high level of occupancy throughout the year, serving as a venue for numerous local clubs and groups focused on fitness, wellbeing, and arts and crafts classes. Furthermore, the space facilitates critical outreach services.

Constitutional objectives

(a) To promote the well'being of the Community resident in the District of Helmsdale (hereinafter i called' the neighbourhood') without distinction of sex. or political, religious or other opinions, by associating the Local· Authorities, Voluntary Organisations arid Residents in a common effort to further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and . facilities for physical and mental training and recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development, and to foster a community spirit for the acheivement of these and other such objects as may be by law be deemed to be charitable. (b) To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a Community Centre (hereinafter called' The Centre') for activities promoted I, by the Association and it's constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects, or any of them.
