02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We deliver inclusive music projects & employ disabled musicians in Scotland our aim is to make a difference in the following key areas:- 1. Positively address ongoing inequality by creating pathways to employment for people with impairments within education and the performing arts. 2. Enhance employment prospects for disabled people by involving them in the design, preparation and delivery of early intervention music projects within schools. In addition to providing training and paid employment opportunities, key to our two main aims is to address the issue of discrimination against individuals with disabilities, whether intentional or unintentional.
