What the charity exists to do

The Trust provides grants to persons resident in Scotland who are engaged in a profession whether in training or employment or other. All things being equal the Trust will prefer applicants in the profession of Bookseller or Stationer. In recent years, the Trust has mostly provided financial support to students in Publishing.
