What the charity exists to do
Our Vision: Happier, healthier, more confident young people, inspired and fulfilled by creativity and culture. Our Mission: The arts have the power to change and shape young people's lives. So, our mission is to engage as many young people aged 0-25 as possible in a varied programme of high-quality performing arts experiences, especially those from areas of deprivation or who face other barriers to participation, fulfilling their right to cultural participation appropriate to their needs. We want to champion diversity and individuality and create an accessible, inclusive, and rewarding environment in which young people can thrive. We want to transform social, educational & personal outcomes for young people by delivering meaningful, long-term creative engagement. We want to see more young people in theatres: watching, participating, creating, learning, volunteering, working and leading.
