02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity is set up to provide comforts and assistance for patients of Turner Memorial and practice population of Keith Health Centre. Funds have been raised through donations, a Coffee Morning fundraiser and bank interest. Items purchased for the hospital include specialist mattresses/chairs. Entertainment is provided along with providing comforts at Christmas and Easter with the provision of cakes and gifts. Other treats/comforts provided include daily newspapers and chip shop meals for the patients.

Constitutional objectives
The object of the Society shall be to provide comforts, assistance both financial and otherwise and companionship for patients of TurnerMemorial Hospital, Keith and the practice population of Keith Health Centre.
