What the charity exists to do
The charity is constituted as a company limited by guarantee and is governed by a memorandum and articles of association. The charity's object continues to be that of the continuing education of those who are involved in or associated with the practice of the art and science of veterinary medicine by providing, promoting, encouraging and advancing the continuing education of those who are involved in the alleviating the suffering of animals and who are engaged in or associated with the practice of the art and science of veterinary medicine and surgery.
