What the charity exists to do

To provide a venue and facility for the community of Kilmore and Kilbride to enjoy and benefit from.

Constitutional objectives

The said subjects and the building ,erected or to be erected thereon (hareinafter, referred to All 'the Trust subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by us and our sucessors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Village Hall ( for the use of the inhabitants of Kilmore and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time oocupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
