02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Stirling Carers Centre (as of 1st July 2026 Stirling and Clackmannanshire Carers) supports unpaid carers from Age 7 by promoting their health, wellbeing, rights and resilience. We achieve this through the delivery of information and advice services, carers assessments, advocacy, emotional support, training, wellbeing activities, short breaks and partnership working with health, social care and community organisations.

Constitutional objectives
The objects for which the Company is established are to promote and advance support of unpaid carers in their caring role throughout our communities, particularly in terms of better supporting their health and well-being.
