Constitutional objectives
To create, promote, maintain and improve any festival or event held within the City of Dundee and the study, practice and knowledge of the arts. To organise events and liaise with other organisations and individuals involved in similar activities and encourage others to organise and participate in such events. and To benefit in any way such other charitable object or objects in any part of the City of Dundee in connection with the advancement of the arts as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish.
