The Trust Fund shall be held by the Trustees in trust in order to promote and advance for the public benefit the work of The National Piping Centre, a company registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 30-34 McPhater Street, Glasgow G4 OHW (Registered Company Number: SC139271 and Scottish Charity Number: SC020391) by making grants and providing financial support for proj ects and activities being carried out or to be carried out by The National Piping Centre and by doing anything else of a charitable nature which may promote and advance the work of The National Piping Centre as may be for the public benefit
