(First) to provide, extend, maintain, or otherwise to benefit such sporting facility, sporting facilitiesm, in and around the town of North Berwick as they in their absolute and unfettered discretion think fit: (Second) to promote or otherwise to. benefit sport in and around the town of town of North Berwick (Third) to participate in or contribute to any new capital development in connection with sport in and around the town of North. Berwick which may be provided or funded in whole or in Part by central or local government or any other bOdy provided that the trustees shall not apply the Trust Funds in such a way as to relieve any local or public authority or government department in the performance of any statutory duty from time to time incumbent upon them.
