What the charity exists to do

The purpose of the charity is to provide facilities for the betterment of individuals through access to the facilities by agencies that can offer social, recreational and educational activities.

Constitutional objectives

The said subjects and the building erected or to be erected thereon and any other assets held by the trustees (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust Subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Drybridge, Irvine and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the condition of life for the said inhabitants.
