Constitutional objectives
To provide social and recreational facilities for all sections of the local community in the Parkhead and Tollcross areas of Glasgow and its environs ('the Operating Area') To provide facilities for education, for physical and mental recreation and for social and community development among the residents of the Operating Area To bring together the local inhabitants, voluntary organisations and local authorities in a common effort to improve the living conditions of everyone in the area.
