The principal activity of the company in the year under review was to let the property known as Kerrowmore Farmhouse on Meggernie Estate in Glenlyon, Scotland (known as, Meggernie Outdoor Centre) to Scouts Scotland at a nominal rent for use by youth groups, educational bodies, charities, and similar organisations.

Constitutional objectives
The purpose of the Company is to promote the welfare of young persons including disabled young persons without distinction of political, religious or other opinions in an effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with they(0bject of improving the conditions of life of said young persons and in furtherance thereof, but not otherwise the Company is empowered:- management of an (a) to convert and renovate the farmhouse known as Kerrowmore Farmhouse on Meggernie Estate in Glenlyon, Scotland (b) to be used for temporary periods by youth groups, educational bodies, charities or similar organisations~ (c) to secure the establishmen., maintenance and outdoor activity centre. ~ (d) to enter into leases for the property known as Kerrowmore Farmhouse on Meggernie Estate in Glenlyon, Scotland.~ (e) to arrange and provide for or join in arranging and providing festivals, exhibitions, meetings, lectures and classes~ f to make personal and written appeals or otherwise for the purpose of procuring contributions to the fund of the Company and to receive and accept by way of gifts, donations, legacies, bequests, grants, subscriptions or otherwise money and property both heritable and moveable for the purpose of furthering the obj ects of the company./ g) to assist any charitable body or bodies (h) to print or publish or procure to be printed or published, broadcast, filmed, televised, issued or otherwise circulated, gratuitously or otherwise, reports, periodicals, books, pamphlets, leaflets, films or other materials relating to the activities of the Company. ~ . (i) to establish or assist in the establishment of any charitable trust, whose subjects are consistent or compatible with the objects of the Company. / (j) to participate in any joint venture with any statutory body or authority or with any voluntary organisation in pursuance of the objects of the Comp
