02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Promote the welfare of adults with a learning disability, helping to alleviate feelings of isolation and loneliness. The weekly club provides a safe environment to meet friends and take part in various fun activities, while developing a sense of belonging and ownership of their club. There are various activities, as was well party nights, day trips and an annual outing to the local pantomime.

Constitutional objectives
The association is established for the following charitable objects only:- To promote the welfare of children and adults with a learning disability within Rutherglen & District geographical area ('the Operating Area') including the meeting of their needs and the development of their capabilities all in furtherance of the objectives of Enable Scotland (charity number: SC009024).
