  • It carries out activities or services itself

Constitutional objectives

I direct my trustees to make over the residue remaining after giving effect to the forgoing provisions to the Kirk Session of the' Old Church Montrose' to be invested , and the fund thereby created to be called ' The George and Annie Keir Fund' and the income therefrom to be used at the discretion of the Kirk Session for such purposes connected with the Church as they think fit, it being my wish that in the first instance the Kirk Session should utilise such income to augment the Minister's stipend , assist charities and provide for the maintenance of the fabric of the Old Church
