Constitutional objectives
To advance the arts, by (a) establishing, managing and maintaining studio and workshop facilities for artists in Scotland (b) encouraging the cross-fertilisation of ideas among artists occupying the facilities managed by the Trust and (c) promoting public interest in, and appreciation of, the arts. and in each case, either directly or by providing financial and/or other support to charities (including, without limitation, Workshop and Artists Studio Provision Scotland Limited (incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC062117. a Scottish charity, with Scottish charity number SC001351) (“WASPS Limited”) which further any of the above aims.
