What the charity exists to do
The purpose of the charity is the maintenance and mangement of Glenisla Hall for all purposes for the benefit of the local community of Glenisla including meetings, lectures and classes, with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said community.

Constitutional objectives
The said subjects and the building to be erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by the Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of the Community Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Glenisla and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
