Constitutional objectives
The company’s objects are: 3.1.1.To relieve the poverty, suffering, distress and hardship to further the health and advance the education of persons in the under-developed, disadvantaged and dispossessed communities in South Asia generally and in exceptional circumstances in other communities in other countries in the World through. 3.1.2. Working as a non-political and non-religious organisation to improve the conditions of life for the said persons. The promotion, assistance and encouragement of measures which would alleviate the said person’s poverty and hunger, in part or improve their education, prevent their diseases, encourage their family planning and improve their environment in these communities. 3.1.4. The training, development, support and promotion of voluntary self-help groups. 3.1.5. The fostering of collaboration between organisations supporting such groups and their projects and their promotion of the necessary activities for the benefit of such organisations. 3.1.6. The encouragement, assistance and promotion of 'Development Education' in South Asia and other countries of the World in order to serve the said communities irrespective if colour, creed, religion or nationality and in furtherance thereof but not otherwise.
