Constitutional objectives

The objects for which the Company is established are: To promote the care and education of children in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays and to promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of such children, in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving their conditions of life and in furtherance thereof: (a) To establish a centre which will look after children.(b) To provide a service which will offer parents facilities for looking after, care and supervision of their children. (c) To provide any service which may assist parents with arrangements for the care and supervision of their children. (d) To provide any service which may assist parents generally in looking after their children. (e) To co-operate with any other body having interests similar to the objects of the Company. (f) To carry on any other similar businesses which maybe conveniently carried on in connection with any of the Company's objects or may be calculated directly or indirectly to enhance the value of or render profitable any of the Company's properties, assets, rights or interests.
