The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for such charitable purposes as the Trustees in their sole discretion shall determine and shall pay or apply the capital and income to any charitable bodies, organisations and associations as defined in Section 505 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 or subsequent enactments which the Trustees shall select and that in such amounts at such times and in such installments as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think proper.
