Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold the Fund for the following charitable purposes: for the furtherance of the purposes of St. James' within the Scottish Episcopal Church including the upkeep of its heritable properties, the repair and maintenance of its moveable property, the establishment of separate funds to further its work and generally such purposes for the benefit of St. James' as the Trustees shall decide.
