Constitutional objectives
The Association is established solely for charitable purposes within Scotland and in particular for the following objects. (i) to relieve mental and physical distress, suffering and infirmity among families and friends affected by the murder, culpable homicide or unlawful killing of a child or other persons related and also (ii) to promote. and support research into the effects on society of murder, culpable homicide and unlawful killing and to disseminate the results of such research for the benefit of the public.
