Constitutional objectives
The purposes of the Trust hereby created are:- the preservation and safeguarding of the physical and mental health of young persons ordinarily resident within the Perth and Kinross District or the Tayside Region through physical recreation and education in relation thereto (including, without prejudice to the foregoing generality sports and sporting activities), the objects of the trust being to provide facilities, equipment, training and to do all things as will properly attain the above purposes. The Trustees shall have power to apply the Trust Fund in the attainment of the purposes of the Trust and that to such an extent as they may from time to time think fit and, in so far as any such income is not so utilised in any one year it shall be retained by the Trustees and used in the following year or years for the purposes of the Trust.
