Constitutional objectives
The funds belonging to the Rotary Club of Elgin shall be devoted by the Club to charitable objects and purposes and that the said funds together with all interest accruing thereon and all additions thereto should henceforth be called the Rotary Club of Elgin Charitable Trust Fund.
