Constitutional objectives

The objects for which the Company is established are: 3.1.1. to assist victims of natural disaster, drought, famine, war and poverty in Ethiopia by providing food, medicine and shelter. 3.1.2 to relieve the needs and promote the welfare of the people of Ethiopia through agricultural and forestry work and community development projects for water location, extraction or treatment projects. 3.1.3 to advance the education of the people of Ethiopia by engaging in the development of educational and health facilities. 3.1.4 to promote the welfare of and relieve the needs of the elderly people of Ethiopia with regards to the provision of residential facilities. 3.1.5 to advance the education of the people of Ethiopia by providing funds, textbooks and educational material to all types of educational institutions. 3.1.6 to further the health of the people of Ethiopia by providing finance, medical expertise, medicines, food, shelter and educational materials on health care. 3.1. 7 to advance the education of people in all countries about the economic, social and climactic difficulties affecting Ethiopia. 3.1.8 to advance the education of people in all countries concerning Ethiopian culture including, but not limited to, music, the visual and dramatic arts, fashion, food and language. 3.1.9 to support any other charitable organisation with similar objectives to those detailed in Clauses 3.1.1 to 3.1.8 above with finance, technical expertise or information.
