What the charity exists to do

The charity is set up to run Spynie Hall for the benefit of the community and provide an affordable facility for any group or organisation which requires a space to meet or host events.

Constitutional objectives

The objects of the Committee shall be to promote the general benefit of the inhabitants of Spynie and its environs free from any form of discrimination by liaising with the local statutory authority, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure time occupation so that their conditions of life be improved. In furtherance thereof the Committee will ensure the good maintenance and sound management of the Hall for activities promoted by the Committee and its constituent bodies
