The aims and objectives of the Forum shall be to advance the education o t relieve the poverty ofl further the treatment, rehabilitation and health of and promote the social welfare of those persons who have suffered head injury (or who present with comparable service needs) and are living in Scotland and of their families and carers by supporting the work of organisations and individuals in Scotland involved in the provision of services to these ends
