The Trustees shall apply the Trust Fund and the income thereof or any part of such income for such charitable purposes (in the sense in which that expression is used in the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988) as they in their uncontrolled discretion shall from time to time think fit including, without prejudice to the foregoing generality and without restricting the Trustees in any way in the' exercise of their discretionary powers but by way of a guide to the Trustees, the provision of services and encouragement of projects for the benefit of tpe community of Kilmacolm, the relief of Poverty, the preservation of Wildlife and the preservation and renewal of Buildings and other items of National or Historic Interest, the advancement of Health and/or Education, the assistance of Disabled and/or Impoverished People and the encouragement of the Fine Arts
