This is a local community charity, the charity maintains and runs a local village hall for use by the community for events put on by the charity. The charity also supports education and personal development of the community

Constitutional objectives
The said subjects and the buildings to be erected thereon are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purpose of physical and mental training and recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreations and entertainments or otherwise as maY be found expedient of the inhabitants of the districts known as Tradespark and Delnies in the County of Nairn and their immediate vicinity, Without distinction of sex or of political, religous or other opinions subject to the provisions of these presents
