02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The charity is set up to advance the education of the public in the islands of Islay and Jura in the art of Highland dancing. The presentation of public performances and other related activities. Raise funds to support the travel costs and fees of the dancers at Highland Games, Tattoos and other dance festivals held on Islay, Jura , mainland Scotland and abroad.

Constitutional objectives
